What we do.

Auxility offers support to companies in all market sectors in managing their Microsoft IT infrastructure and end-user environment. This both in terms of long-term or short-term consultancy, ad hoc support, whether or not monitored, and according to customized contracts. The possibilities are endless!

In addition to our standard support tasks, we also offer support for Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams. We offer customer implementations ranging from simple presence implementation to the complete transfer of VoIP to Skype for Business and/or Microsoft Teams, whether or not in combination with Anywhere 365 or cc4Teams.

How can you strengthen our team?

As a front-line helpdesk employee, you are responsible for the day-to-day recording, processing and resolution of computer problems and changes as reported by end-users.

You will be in contact with the end-user, either by phone, email or via our ITSM tool. You will primarily assist our extensive remote customer base. In the long term, regular on-site support will also be possible.

Not only technical knowledge is important in this respect, but also customer orientation is very important to us. An ideal position to build up a broad knowledge base and develop a new growth path.

Who are we looking for?

A passionate IT professional or starter to join our end-user support department. The following skills are required:

  • Communicative
  • Team player
  • Stress resistant
  • Problem-solving thinking
  • Languages: NL (good), FR (very good), EN (good)

In addition, you have (some or all of) knowledge of, or at least a strong interest in, the following technologies:

  • Windows clients
  • Windows Server
  • Active Directory
  • Teamviewer
  • Intune / MDT
  • Citrix Director / VMWare Horizon
