What we do.

Auxility offers support to companies in all market sectors in managing their Microsoft IT infrastructure and end-user environment. This both in terms of long-term or short-term consultancy, ad hoc support, whether or not monitored, and according to customized contracts. The possibilities are endless!

In addition to our standard support tasks, we also offer support for Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams. We offer customer implementations ranging from simple presence implementation to the complete transfer of VoIP to Skype for Business and/or Microsoft Teams, whether or not in combination with Anywhere 365 or cc4Teams.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated Server Support Engineer who is responsible for the following tasks:

  • You are responsible for the 3rd line support of our customers. This can be for customer assignments as well as for customers who we assist remotely via our internal service desk.
  • You’re always looking for new products and technologies.
  • You will advise our customers on technical questions and brief our 1st & 2nd line employees.
  • You handle as an independent consultant for our customers.
  • You take courses and, in order to become a real expert in your field.
  • Helping others and solving problems give you energy.
  • Reporting regarding the coordinator.

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge

You have (partly or not) knowledge of the following technologies or at least a strong interest in learning about them:

  • Windows Client OS
  • Windows Server OS + server roles
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • Office 365
  • Microsoft 365
  • Security (Defender, SEP, Trendmicro,..)
  • Storage (SAN), Online storage (Dropbox, OneDrive for Business)
  • Backup & Archive
  • Cloud (Azure)

 

Soft skills 

A passionate IT person for our Unified Communications team. The following soft skills are important:
