Approach

Whether it is server support or end-user support, in order to deliver the right service for your organization it is key to understand the definition of your needs.  Therefore, Auxility provides different service desks for different types of services.  

Technical staffing is provided with a single point of contact routing you directly to our 3rd line Microsoft Server specialists.  End users on the other hand have a direct line to our 1ste line workspace engineers.  This avoids long waiting times or needless calls transfers and foresees immediate assistance or support when needed.

Each organization is different, and so does the need for specific supporting services.  In order to give you exactly that type of support suited for your organization, we provide you with the possibility to build your own service pack.
