What we do.

Auxility offers support to companies in all market sectors in managing their Microsoft IT infrastructure and end-user environment. This both in terms of long-term or short-term consultancy, ad hoc support, whether or not monitored, and according to customized contracts. The possibilities are endless!

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated Technical Lead who is responsible for the following tasks:

  • Leading a team of technical experts and acting as a mentor and coach for their professional development.

  • Design, implement and maintain advanced infrastructure solutions for customers, taking into account their specific requirements and business objectives.

  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Support in the execution of audits to ensure the performance, security and compliance of the infrastructure.

  • Keeping up to date with the latest technological developments and applying them to continuously improve the service.

  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including advising customers and preparing technical proposals.

Knowledge & Skills


You have (partly or not) knowledge of the following technologies or at least a strong interest in learning about them:

  • Windows Client OS
  • Windows Server OS + server roles
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • Office 365
  • Microsoft 365
  • Security (Defender, SEP, Trendmicro,..)
  • Storage (SAN), Online storage (Dropbox, OneDrive for Business)
  • Backup & Archive
  • Cloud (Azure)
